International Rate Change Notice

Effective December 1,2002, international calls made to China will increase to $.35 per minute for California 5Talk, Hawaiian DimeLine, and VarTec Voice customers. Some business customers may also be affected. Business customers should contact their sales representative to find out if their plan is afffected.
